The nostr client I wanted to see in the world and have been dogfooding for the last month is finally stable. I’ve made the code available here on github and deployed it at nric-1.com. It has all the features that I personally needed in a nostr client. You can read more about it here: https://nric-1.com/about. I used it as my daily nostr client for the past month and added features as I felt the need for them. It’s intentionally feature-incomplete as there’s a never-ending list of nostr event types that I could support, but my goal with this client was simply to implement a hacker news style thread-view and to experiment with some less common user interfaces and styling (with a side effect of familiarizing myself with ai driven workflow tools).
